Unless you have the google express app installed, your shopping list is opened in a chrome custom tab. Simple app is unbelievably simple. Add or remove items from your list just by asking, then shop when you're ready. While the google home smart speaker still can't create reminders and take voice notes, it can keep track of your shopping list.
