I've been thinking of getting good wireless earphones for a while now, and i have decided to get the galaxy buds. The app's description makes it clear this app will be required to use the galaxy buds+ with an iphone 7 or newer that's running ios 10 or later. I send a message to groupon and they said it should work, contact my cell phone provider and they said groupon need to make this app compatible with this phone.

Apparently, samsung will make this app compatible with android 10 when it releases the one ui 2.0 update to the galaxy phones. Check your network connection and try again. Features will not work properly without a stable connection between your wearable device and your mobile device. Fix galaxy buds not connecting to wearables app troubleshoot wearable app.
