First Progress Apply Now Fund Later. First progress approved my application and gave me $500 limit secured with a bank deposit. I also found out that it reported as credit card and not secured.

If you don’t want to pay the full $200 security deposit during your application process, you can select the apply now and fund later option. First progress platinum select secured credit card was a good card for me and the application process was quite straight forward. They're just waiting for me to fund the deposit.
