With chime if i am having a hard time they will spot me with problems and no overdraft charges.

App was saying balance unavailable but was able to still use my card. Chime took to twitter again to announce that card transactions were still down. I am sticking to chime the only way banking should be. Customers can't access their money, that's ridiculous.
